Join The Team

Ep Counseling is seeking full or part time 1099 Independent contracted counselors to join in our mission of meeting the mental health needs of Delaware County and Ohio. We growing private counseling practice that provides mental health counseling for adults teens, kids and couples.

We currently have a need for Clinicians (LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S, LMFT) in the following areas of clinical/clientele focus:

  • Adults, Children and Adolescents
  • Couples/Marital
  • Autism

Ep Counseling is also interested in expanding into our surrounding communities to improve accessibility to quality mental health counseling to our more rural communities. Please contact us if you are interested in starting a private practice in a rural community. 

As a counselor at Ep Counseling, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and determine the maximum number of clients you would like to have on your case load. You can grow your caseload with in person sessions, telehealth sessions or a blend of both.
