Rates
- Initial appointment: $130
- 45-60 minute appointment: $110
- 30 minute appointment: $80
It is a little-known fact that Individual and Group Counseling are the cheapest medical services one can receive. I am an approved provider for several of the major insurance companies and I can bill them for payments of your services. I encourage you to become educated on how it affects you to use your insurance to pay for counseling, so you can make an informed decision.
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept payment via PayPal and you can pay directly on my site on this page.
Cancellation Policy
There will be a $40 no show fee if you cancel within 24 hours of appointment time
