You Don’t Have to Carry Everything Alone
Maybe you’ve been holding in your emotions for so long that you’re not even sure how to talk about them anymore. Maybe you’re overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or simply trying to make it through each day while feeling disconnected from yourself or others. You may just need someone who will truly listen, sit with you in the hard moments, and help you make sense of what you’re feeling.
Therapy can be a place where you finally feel safe enough to slow down, reflect, and begin healing.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples who are looking for a compassionate, patient, and supportive space to process life’s challenges. My style is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel understood—not judged or pushed. Together, we can explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools to help you feel more confident, balanced, and emotionally supported.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, and I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and comfort level. I thoughtfully incorporate CBT skills and coping strategies when helpful, while always honoring your pace and personal experience.
You do not have to figure everything out on your own. Healing starts with feeling supported, and I would be honored to walk alongside you through that process.
